Our current ideas about the daily programme are:

During the World Encounter we'll have a tourist information booth available where you can book your (afternoon) trips or book your trips and transfers after the World Encounter. You can visit the (water) temples, Tanah Lot or enjoy the rivers and waterfalls.

The next file gives you an impression of the programme which we had in 2018. We have new creative ideas for 2020!

We found a beautiful hotel in the spiritual center of Bali, near Ubud. Do not expect a Grand Hyatt or other luxurious hotel....but envision a very traditional style Balinese hotel. We reserved rooms in the "The Mansion Baliwood Resort Hotel and Spa"  with beautiful pools and gardens. The place has a nice tranquil "Zen atmosphere". When you reserve your hotel rooms quickly, we can have the whole hotel for ourselves.

The hotel is developed like a little village and offers different room options. Ubud is 15 minutes by shuttlebus and you can walk in the nearby rice fields. This hotel is the perfect place for relaxing, dancing, walking and a perfect retreat with fellow Biodanceros from around the world.

1. Book the World Encounter
2. Book your Hotel room. We offer room possibilities, but of course you are free to book your own accommodation in Ubud area
3. Book your Flight (flights from Europe are available in a price range of €600-850)

*We will charge a financial transaction fee to cover banking costs. The Biodanza World Encounter tickets are non-refundable as we invest your fee in the preparation of this wonderful event. But, you can sell your ticket to somebody else.  Let us know who bought your ticket and mention their email address.
